The opportunity for such an experience is available for eligible LP graduates (or equivalent) when they take on the role of a “senior” in LP, the Heart Knocks Legacy Programme.

Switching Hats for LPs is a customised version of Switching Hats for Leadership Dexterity which is one part of the stable of Corporate Solutions available to organisations who are clients of Heart Knocks.

This customised version of Switching Hats is designed to equip LP seniors with the attitude, skills and knowledge that will support them in producing results through their LP teams.

Creating results through other people requires that the senior be able to relate to people and respond to situations in the different ways that is demanded in the moment and in every moment.

In other words, they need to “wear different hats”, such as:

• The Leader’s hat, to ensure that the right things are done.
• The Manager’s hat, to ensure that things are done right.
