Active listening is vital for effective communication and interaction within the organisation. The business world has become so complex and volatile that the demands for our attention come from all directions. The resulting noise can lead to miscommunication, especially when things are moving fast.

At every level, individuals skilled in active listening will engage more effectively with people and have a natural advantage that moves them forward faster in the organisation.

When managers are trained in listening skills, the authenticity they introduce into their conversations creates a safe space for their team to collaborate closely in an open manner.
