Family And Me [FAM] is an innovative initiative aimed at fostering personal growth and strengthening family bonds for both teens and their parents.

This comprehensive set of programmes includes immersive experiences for the teens in:

• The Samurai Game® for Teens [TSGT]
• Discovery Training for Teens [DTT]

along with an insightful workshop for the parents in:

• Discovering Your Child™ [DYC].

Together, these components provide a holistic approach to personal development during the critical teenage years, while strengthening parental support.

The TSGT and DTT programmes will foster self-awareness among the teen participants and have them get excited at the infinite possibilities that life has to offer and cultivate the resilience, confidence, and a sense of purpose that are vital at their age. They will gain some tools that will support them in managing themselves and their inner conversations with a view to unlocking their innate potential that is the best path to a successful, healthy and happy life.

The DYC programme is designed to enable parents to enhance the results created by the teenagers by responding in ways that will create connection and love in their family. By participating, they will strengthen their relationship with their children and contribute to a harmonious family togetherness.
